TaeSeok Ju / 주태석

TaeSeok Ju has produced a series of works titled in which 'tree' and 'forest' function as a form of symbol. Like Baudelaire's poem reciting a rapport between man and nature, his works set up a ground on which juxtaposition of nature and the man, spirit and matter is laid out in the context of symbolic forest. the images of mature and the color palette represent a realism, which is closely related to the sceneries of life. At this juncture, nature and man can be united into one and create a prolific life and generate art filled with creativity.
